The framework includes six interconnected components in a closed-loop system.
Eightfold will train campesinos and the community to develop agriculture projects that produce high-value inputs for the production and manufacturing of the Eightfold products. Eightfold will purchase these agricultural inputs from the producers, providing a reliable income. A dedicated manufacturing facility purchases local production, generating substantial income directly to the growers.
A strictly protected core with zero extraction, permitting only controlled scientific and genetic research. All cultivation and application of genetic material occur outside the preserve in partnership with local communities. Wildlife corridors extend from our Biodiversity Bank to neighboring preserves and parks
In many regions, conservation fails because protected areas remain isolated and unguarded. Eightfold creates a living protection system in which surrounding communities act as daily stewards, preventing illegal activity through permanent presence, legal land access, and shared responsibility. Around the Biodiversity Bank, a sustainable belt of agroforestry development and Eightfold communities forms an active buffer zone.
- By combining land security (2 hectares per family) with social infrastructure and guaranteed market access, the Campesino Program replaces informal, extractive land use with a structured, dignified, and regenerative livelihood system. Permanent community presence around the Biodiversity Bank forms a living protection buffer, ending illegal mining, deforestation, and land encroachment.
- Agroforestry and regenerative agriculture generate food, medicinal inputs, and verified carbon credits, while circular production loops reintegrate waste and resources, creating a climate-positive, closed-loop economic system.
